Gender equality and diversity plan

Neogap Therapeutics aims to be an attractive and developing workplace for all regardless of age, nationality, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, gender orientation, and/or disability. All perspectives and values should shape the way we work. This plan for gender equality and diversity is reflective of the general values and culture applied at Neogap and is stated in our Code of Conduct, which must be agreed to by all employees.

We agree on the relevance of ensuring gender balance in the company, which is promoted in all our operations, whenever possible. Maintaining gender balance in the labour market is guided by the government-issued Swedish Gender Equality policy and we are committed to maintaining this balance in the future.

Equality is a self-evident and natural part of Neogap’s operations and means that everyone has the same rights, opportunities, and obligations in all areas regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, ethnic origin, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Hiring new personnel for any position in the company has always been done based on individual competences and skills.
